Staff members protocol
All our staff members are recruited within the safer recruitment framework.
All staff have a current enhanced DBS check and are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
All our senior members of staff have up to a NVQ Level 5.
All members of staff will receive supervision on a monthly basis apart from members of staff employed for less than six months, who will receive supervision every two weeks.
The supervision and appraisal plan ensures all staff members have the supervision and support required to reflect on their own practice, develop as professionals and promote good practice within the home.
Supervision and appraisal are conducted by qualified social workers that are also Practice Educators.
All our staff members must adhere to the policies and procedures in place at the organisation and work according to the guideline to achieve the following:

Every member of staff will have their individual personal training and development plan, which records their professional and occupational training to date and maps out their future training needs as follows:

- Substance and Alcohol misuse
